History is certainly littered with atrocities across all months, yet for some reason recent history, particularly American history points to April as a month that holds many tragedies. This is fresh in our minds with the Boston Marathon Bombings having just occurred, but it is also notable for being the month in which our greatest president was assassinated, as well as our foremost civil rights leader. It is also the birth month of the man who many consider to personify evil. Below is a brief timeline of the unfortunate events that have occurred in our fourth month.
